SANFORD, Fla. – The son of a Florida police lieutenant was caught on video earlier this month attacking two people, and residents want to know why he was not arrested
The incident happened on Dec. 4 outside a Sanford nightspot, where Justin Collison was recorded punching a homeless man from behind and then attacking a bystander moments later, according to published reports.
Collison, son of Sanford Police Lt. Chris Collison, knocked out the homeless man and broke his nose, according to theÃ‚Â Orlando Sentinel .
Witnesses subdued Justin Collison as he scuffled with the second man.
Police confirm that the younger Collison was involved in a total of three fights that night, according toÃ‚Â myfoxorlando.com .
Residents are now demanding to know why Justin Collison was not arrested.

It reports that internal and criminal investigations are under way by the Sanford Police Department and the State Attorney’s Office.
