Yuri Arkadyev made the dumb move of going into a police station in Philly wearing a bullet proof vest and an empty holster.

The Police then found 4 guns in his car, and 41 more at his home, along with thousands of rounds of ammunition.

Oh yeah and he had 7 more on layaway for the next week
